BAG OF HOPE
Our Goal: 1,000 Bags of Hope by December 5, 2026
For the past year, All In Ministries has been building intentional relationships with soccer coaches, academies, players, families, and vulnerable communities throughout Ecuador.
Now we want to take that connection one step further. This Christmas, the All In Bag of Hope will connect families in the United States with young soccer players in Ecuador through something much greater than soccer equipment.
Each Bag of Hope will include a soccer bag, donated soccer apparel, shorts, socks, a water bottle, a small Christmas treat, encouragement from All In Ministries, and something we believe may become the most meaningful gift of all:
A personal letter from you.
A few words of encouragement can remind a child thousands of miles away that someone is thinking about them, believes in them, and has not forgotten them.

Your sponsorship helps us prepare each bag and coordinate the printing, logistics, transportation, preparation, and distribution necessary to deliver them to young players throughout Ecuador.

Your Letter Matters
You do not have to be a soccer player to write a letter. A player can write to a player. A mom or dad can write to a child. A grandparent can write. A coach can write. A family can write together.
Simply share encouragement, hope, and a reminder to keep believing and moving forward.
After sponsoring your Bag of Hope, you will receive instructions for submitting your letter so All In Ministries can print it and include it in your sponsored bag.

When possible, All In Ministries will help participating families receive a return letter or short video message from the young player who received their Bag of Hope. We will protect the privacy and dignity of the children and families involved. Personal information and images will not be publicly shared as part of this campaign. This project is about connection - not exposure. It is about helping a young person know that someone across the world took the time to encourage them.
